友联系是为友邦香港和澳门个人保险客户而设的流动应用程式，透过接收保单和/或客户服务相关的讯息，与友邦保持联系，随时随地管理保单, 轻松有效地搜索医院/医生信息，以满足顾客各方面的保险需求。

主要功能包括：

1. 支援指纹登入

2. 网络医院/医生搜寻，我的电子医疗卡和网上医生预约

3. 及時时推送与保单和客户服务、保费、理赔、医生预约相关的通知和收件匣信息

4. 在线查询保单和财务规划顾问的信息

5. 在线服务 - 更改联系资息，电子通知书，电子入帐，确认收讫电子保单合约，提取红利、现金储备金户口及现金保障收益、理赔提交

6. 作为其他友邦流动应用程式的单一入口（强积金、员工福利、Vitality健康程式）

WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERSsql_injectionEXCLUSIVE REMEDIES

The AIA Connect is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranty of any kind, including without limitation all warranties of merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purposesql_injectionany other warranty whether expressedsql_injectionimplied. To the extent permitted by law, these warranties are exclusivesql_injectionthere are no other expresssql_injectionimplied warrantiessql_injectionconditions including warrantiessql_injectionconditions of merchantabilitysql_injectionfitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitivesql_injectionconsequential damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of datasql_injectiondata use, loss of business and/or loss of anticipated savings. AIA’s maximum liability for any damages arising out of the use of AIA Connect whether in contrACTsql_injectiontort (including negligence)sql_injectionotherwise, shall be limited to the re-supply of the AIA APPs.

Note: “AIA” herein refers to AIA International Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability).
