A SkyGuard Mobile license is required for each device to access this application. The SkyGuard Mobile application from AccuWeather Enterprise Solutions lets you receive your organization’s SkyGuard Warnings from anywhere you are with your iOS device. With the mobile service, warnings already received by your organization can be pushed to SkyGuard Mobile. An additional service level can enable receiving warnings for your actual location whether you are in the office, performing field work, or traveling across the country. Features include • Receive push notifications when SkyGuard Warnings or public warnings are issued, and when lightning is nearby • Pan, zoom and animate US Level II high-resolution radar, single-site low-latency radar, and near real-time lightning for accurate situational awareness • Ability to confirm receipt of SkyGuard Warnings from your iOS device • Quick access to your organization’s standard operating procedures when warnings are issued • Ability to set varying service levels, device settings, and location preferences by user or group of users SkyGuard Mobile supports the iPhone 3GS, 4, 4S, and 5, iPad, and 3rd generation and newer iPod Touch running iOS 5.0 and above. A cellular network or WiFi connection is necessary to use this application.
