I Am Here (free version)Copyright (C) 2013 robinitaly.com. All rights reserved.Why yet another location app? This is my first Android app and I wanted to see how publishing on Google Play looks like. Although my app works better than similar best reviewed Android app - it sends properly formatted Google Maps url. My app will work only on devices equipped with GPS.There are three buttons.M - locks displayed Latitude / Longitude and shows it on the Google Maps so you can check if it is correct.S - allows you to send displayed Latitude / Longitude formatted as a Google Maps url to your friends.U - unlocks displayed position allowing it to be updated.Typical usage is as follows.1. Turn on GPS in your device.2. Launch the app.3. Wait until the app receives GPS data. Waiting time depends on your device and whether some other app used GPS recently, it is 3 - 15 seconds.4. Touch M button which will lock the current displayed position and will launch Google Maps app or a web browser.5. When you checked that displayed position is correct touch S button which will allow you to send SMS containing displayed Latitude / Longitude formatted as a Google Maps url.5.1.
