Expand Statusbar

Expand Statusbar expands the notifications or the quick settings directly via a one-click shortcut. This could be useful if you for instance are using an external keyboard without a mouse and wants to expand the notifications or quick settings or if you want to expand the quick settings only one click away.Note: Quick settings are only available from 4.2 and later.
