Outcome Tracker is a web-based system that helps nonprofits to track information about their clients. The Outcome Tracker Mobile app allows clients to log in and interact with the nonprofit agency via a phone or tablet. The agency designs the contents of the Outcome Tracker Mobile app, which can include applications, surveys, YouTube videos, matched savings account information (Individual Development Accounts and Child Savings Accounts) and more. Nonprofits that use the Outcome Tracker Mobile app send an invitation for clients to set up a user account. Contact your nonprofit agency if you need to create a user account.
