SmartCard Application is a next generation mobile application which will enable Land owners in Dubai to manage their properties from mobile or tablet device. This application also enables users to create procedure like Map Issuing, Title Deed Change , Ownership change from a mobile device.Users can login to application using A Smart Card issued by the Dubai Land Department. There is option to login using username password and QR code as well. QR code is printed on the Smart card issued by the Dubai Land Department.
