Caring Conversations

The communication skills featured in this app are derived from a VITALtalk (www.vitaltalk.org) program called IntensiveTalk, funded by the Arthur Vining Davis Foundation (www.avdf.org) and designed to create teamwork between critical care and palliative care in the care of patients with serious illness, and are used here by permission. A team from Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit (www.henryford.com) conceived and programmed this app.
