Capillary Pressure

Capillary pressure is defined as the phase pressure difference across the interface of two immiscible fluids caused by interfacial tension (IFT). This application demonstrates the capillary pressure characteristics of a porous media, which is one of the important parameters in reservoir engineering. Knowledge of capillary pressure curves is significant for the determination of fluid contacts location (OWC and GOC) and thickness of transition zones.The application is ad supported.
