BPO Mobile

BPO Mobile is an e-management platform, created and provided by FESCO Adecco BPO Department, which aims at helping supervisors, city leaders, area managers, project managers and any other who may be involved in BPO project management with a system using a set of functions in order to make on-site management easier and more efficient. Sufficient communication and easily-accessed information are provided by this platform by using mobile devices – iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. With this application, on-site work process will be more clarified; every work decision will receive timely respond; orders will be sent to direct subordinates clearly, and all work steps will be well checked and followed up.
