Family members can log in and see certain health information about their loved ones. The UFHH app is powered by ClickMedix and is HIPAA-compliant to ensure data privacy. The UFHH app is only for users of United Family Home Health services and their family members. UFHH users and their family members will receive logon instructions from United Family Home Health.
