NOTE The Sophos Mobile Control app works only in combination with the Sophos Mobile Control Device Management (MDM) software. Please check with your IT department to see if your company uses Sophos Mobile Control. If they do not, please do not install this app as it is inoperable without the respective server. Sophos Mobile Control allows you to secure, configure, monitor and manage all the iOS devices in your enterprise. The key functionality provided is •Over-the-Air enrollment of devices •Over-the-Air configuration •Device compliance monitoring and enforcement •Loss and theft protection •Inventory management •Reporting •Supports mobile device diversity •Enterprise App Store iOS managed apps Activation instructions Step 1 Download and install the Sophos Mobile Control MDM client once requested during the provisioning process Step 2 Open the client Step 3 Enter the server URL provided by your IT administrator – or – select the “activate Sophos Mobile Control app” in the self-service portal DISCLAIMER Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
