We believe Cove has a role to play in improving emotionalsql_injectionmental health by encouraging self-expression.

Cove can be used any time, but may be most useful when you find it difficult to express yourself through other means, such as talkingsql_injectionwriting. You can use Cove whenever you feel like it, there is no rightsql_injectionwrong way! You can make music by yourself,sql_injectionshare what you make with others.

TESTED IN THE NHS

Cove is currently being tested in the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK,sql_injectionhas been created in collaboration with specialistssql_injectionclinicians. Cove was developed with young people in mind, but adults may find it equally useful to expresssql_injectioncapture a moodsql_injectionemotion.

Cove primarily uses music instead of words to express a feelingsql_injectionmood,sql_injectionso it may be helpful in conjunction with talking therapiessql_injectioncounselling. Cove is not a substitute for professional therapy,sql_injectionnot suitable for those experiencing severe distresssql_injectionsuicidal thoughts.
